Fun Extra Credit

Please look-up why we capitalize the word "I" whenever it is written in a sentence. Where did this rule come from? What is the origin of the capital "I"?

Around 1250 the word "I" began to be capitalized so it could stand out in a sentence to avoid confusion and error in penmanship. It began in England with old and middle English.
