In case you are wondering, I am doing alright. I have been pretty light-headed for a few days and almost fainted in the classroom today. It scared me pretty badly, but I am sure it is nothing. I have a doctor's appointment right after school tomorrow. I will keep everyone posted.
Cheers,
Miss Klein

Bake Sale

The bake sale was a tremendous success today. We raised around $370 dollars! Thank you to all the families that donated baked goods and to the families that hung-out and helped with the sales. A special thank you to Clementine, Ben, Ryan, Ian, and Clayton who spent a good part of the day at the bake sale.

Litquake in San Francisco
Hello!
This evening starts the annual San Francisco Litquake. There are some amazing authors coming through town and some great events for children. Wednesday and Thursday are the Kidquake days with tons of local authors presenting their works. Next Friday evening (October 16th), there will be an event for teenagers at San Francisco's Main Library from 6:30 to 9:00 PM. One of my favorite authors will be presenting, Frank Portman, the author of the novel "King Dork." If you have some free time next week, check it out. Here is the website for the event: http://www.litquake.org/
